Return & Exchange Policy

Eligibility for Returns/Exchange:

  • We offer 7 days hassle free return & exchange from the date of the delivery.
  • To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
  • Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom-made or personalized products. Please check the product description for specific return eligibility.

Return Process:

  1. Initiate a Return:
  • To start a return procedure, go to order history.
  • Select return/exchange.
  • Mention the reason for the return.
  1. Return Authorization:
  • Once your return request is raised, it goes to the approval stage. Upon approval from our team, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and a reverse pickup procedure will be initiated for your package.
  1. Shipping:
  • We offer reverse pick-up services at a shipment fee of Rs 100, that  will be deducted at the time of refund per order, regardless of the number of items within that order. This means that if an order contains multiple items, only a single deduction of Rs 100 will be made for the entire order, not on each individual clothing item. Please note that the shipping charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund amount.
  1. Packaging:
  • Pack the item securely, including all original packaging materials, manuals, and accessories. Write the RA number on the outside of the package.

Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility:

  • Once we receive your return(usually takes 5-7 days), we will inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be initiated, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days, depending on your payment provider’s policies.
  • For COD orders, a store credit will be provided within 1-2 working days from the day of approved return on your registered email address/contact number. PLEASE NOTE: REFUND / BANK TRANSFER ARE ONLY APPLICABLE FOR PREPAID ORDERS / ONLINE PAYMENTS MADE ON OUR WEBSITE. Payments made with COD option will receive store credit equivalent to the amount paid by you, which is valid for 1 year.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  • First, check your bank account again.

  • It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
